| We've added a "Spreadsheet" layout for those of you who want total control over which fields appear on your Cellar List, and in what order those fields appear. In the "Lists" custom menu at the very top of your screen you'll now see "Spreadsheet." Click that to view your list as a completely "plain Jane" spreadsheet. (See picture)

Drag the columns into whatever order you want. (See picture)

Once you're viewing the spreadsheet you can sort your wines by going to the "Sort" custom menu at the very top of your screen (only available from the "Spreadsheet" layout). You may print the Spreadsheet by going to the "File" custom menu at the very top of your screen and clicking "Print." When you're finished viewing/printing the Spreadsheet, go to the "File" custom menu at the very top of your screen and click "Close Spreadsheet." (See picture)

We've added a hidden Tech Layout for special functions that you are likely to use only once. From the Home screen, hold down your control key and click the "Home" button (again). You'll be taken to the hidden Tech Layout. Use this layout to: DELETE all your wines; REPLACE all your varietals with whatever is in the Distinction field for each wine. To exit the hidden Tech Layout simply click the "Home" button again. **NOTE THESE ACTIONS CANNOT BE UNDONE.
We've added a button at the bottom of the "graphic" field that makes it much easier to add a graphic. On the Wine entry/edit layout, just below the field where you may "place your own picture" you'll see a small button with a "+" on it. Click that button to choose your graphic and paste it into the graphic field.
You can now back up PWC to a disk of your choosing. Just go to the Home screen and click "Back Up PWC." Note that whenever you close the program, PWC always makes a backup of your data file to the "Backups" folder in case of data corruption.
All Reports now show Varietal and Location.
New grapes were not correctly being added to the "cepagement" (the list of grapes for a particular wine). New grapes now being added correctly.
To be perfectly clear, we added the word "total" to the "Expense" report header. It now reads "sorted by total expense." (It used to read "sorted by expense.")
The Cellar List now loads faster for users with very large collections.
When using the Aging Potential Calculator, occasionally a "Drink By" date was appearing as earlier than a "Drink After" date. All "Drink By" and "Drink After" dates now appear as they should.
Subregion/Region/Country data that was changed on the same wine, during the same session, was not cleared in the Maturity Calculator, resulting in inocorrect display data. This no longer occurs.
If you were trying to calculate maturity for most wines with a vintage of 2005 (or later) you were not getting an error message -- but you should have been, as there is almost no vintage rating info yet about most 2005 wines. We'll be issuing an update in 2007 that will cover 2005 vintage ratings, but in the meantime, now if you try to calculate a maturity for a vintage we don't cover, you'll get a message telling you there's no info.
Delete all "Purchase Histories" would result in the record becoming "lost." This no longer happens.
The Vintage field on the "Menu Maker" part 2 (Cellar tab) was too short on Windows machines. Vintage now not cut off.
If you were only using custom ratings, when you clicked the "Ratings" tab it would produce an error. All wines now appear in the Ratings list.
